Daisy Basket, Step 2
I got some time to work on the Daisy Basket while the other Daisy was sleeping.
I’ve filled in the empty spots in the background using additional shades of dark greens. This is not showing on my monitor.
I’ve added more color to the daisies. Greens & yelow greens comprise the center, and various shades of grayed blues are used for the petals. The petals are not this bright in real life. I’ve added more color to the basket, and need to be careful that I don’t lose my weave.
The support is a 12″x 9″ piece of Wallis Belgian Mist. I’ll stop here for today, as I don’t want to overwork it. It’s still quite dark, but will lighten considerably as the daisies are completed.
