Sketchbook: Fruit Shop
Yep. I’m starting the month behind schedule, and will probably end up that way, too. Here’s my image from Friday’s Weekend Drawing Event:
You may recall that I missed last week’s altogether. This week’s sketch took the full two hours to complete. Done primarily with a 7mm mechanical pencil, I used an 8B to add some shading. This week’s images are from a member residing in Suffolk, England.

This is an absolutely lovely sketch! I’ve never participated in the WDE’s but I always love seeing what others are up to… very inspiring!

Thanks Rita. Participating in the WDE’s is fun, and helps me keep practicing with the pencil. My current sketchbook is getting full, and I can see improvement from my initial drawings.
