Orchard Barn

Orchard Barn
Sketchbook, Ink
This old barn lives on an apple orchard in Oregon. I wouldn’t mind living on an apple orchard in Oregon, either. It would be a great place to grow honeybees, and I’d have enough apples for pie, fritters, and apple butter for the rest of my life.
Hey, wouldn’t it be cool if McDonald’s sold big, juicy Macintosh apples? They could call ‘em Big Macs…

That’s the only kind of Big Mac I’d eat…
“Big Macs”, hardy, har!
I don’t know what they do down there in the U.S. of A. but here in the Great White we do actually include apples in the Happy Meals. Too many children are starting to think fruits and veggies are supposed to come deep fried…yuk!
Again, love these pen sketches of barns, fantastic!
Meg, you’re smarter than a very large portion of the population. I still gotta have my Egg McMuffin when I take a road trip.
Rita, that is very cool. I do love fried zucchini, which is probably not much better for me than fried potatoes. Ah well, there’s only so many things I can do with a zucchini, and we always have way too many!
